Where to Park?

Avalon does not have any dedicated parking, but there is metered parking along most surrounding streets and we are in close proximity to a number of nearby ramps. We suggest checking out the helpful links provided below to find the best option for your visit.

Additional Saint Paul Parking Info

Accessibility

Avalon’s front entrance located at 80 W. 4th St. is at the top of a beautiful set of stairs. However an ADA accessible entrance is available at the south side of the building on Kellogg Blvd.

If coming from 4th Street, follow the sidewalk along Market St. towards Kellogg Blvd.

If being dropped off, you may want to use the commercial loading zone located at the corner of Market St. and Kellogg Blvd. or Avalon’s Vendor Loading driveway if space permits.

Once inside, there are signs and staff to guide you to the elevator which will bring you to the first floor lobby.
